Orders are processed within 2 business days, Monday to Friday. As we work in small, handmade collections rather than made-to-order production, this time covers careful preparation and packing of your clock. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Order Cut Off Time
Our daily cut off time is 4:00 PM (Dublin time). Orders placed before this time may begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after the cut off will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Method and Transit Time
Once processed, orders are shipped to the UK with an estimated transit time of 3 to 5 business days, Monday to Friday.
Total Estimated Delivery Time
Combining processing (2 business days) and transit (3 to 5 business days), you can expect delivery in around 5 to 7 business days. Please note these are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or busy shipping periods.
